The story of journey and not the destination

The UPSC results are out. So many success stories are coming out from this event and every story is unique and inspiring. But out of all these, one story that grabbed my attention is a story of the person who is not an IAS yet but has secured 667 rank and is still preparing for the UPSC exam for a better rank and this years attempt will be his last attempt the 9th attempt. The story of RAM BHAJAN KUMAR, 34 years old, head constable in Delhi Police. He is a married guy and father of two daughters.
