But out of all these, one story that grabbed my attention is a story of the person who is not an IAS yet but has secured 667 rank and is still preparing for the UPSC exam for a better rank and this years attempt will be his last attempt the 9th attempt. The story of RAM BHAJAN KUMAR, 34 years old, head constable in Delhi Police. He is a married guy and father of two daughters. While reading the story of this I was so touched and inspired that I felt like sharing it.
